The Federal Joint Comitee (G-BA) as well as the authorising health insurance companies have published the evaluation reports on the two indications diabetes mellitus type 1 (DM1) and coronary heart disease (CHD). Here you can find the links to the pdf-files hosted by the G-BA. According to the latest changes by the G-BA, in 2016 the first German-wide reports were required for the evaluation, rather than a report for each health insurance company and state.
